Crafty Fox Market Next Next Weekend

A week on saturday, The Capalog will be at Mercato Metrolpolitano with the Crafty Fox Market and lots of other lovely makers.

Open from 11am-5pm, there will be all the new panel caps to try on and see in person, as well as caps to buy in all the basic colours, sale trappers and cloche caps and you can work out your head size in person, and order a cap on the day.

Introducing the new block colour panel caps.

Last week 8 new panel caps were added to the collection, some in a couple of colour block two tone combos, but some in monochrome colours too! Today I'm gonna focus on the monochrome coloured panel caps.

How are all the caps made?

How are all the caps made?

A bit more about cap making for those curious.

All the caps sold at the capalog are tailored from scratch. That means that the original shape comes from a paper pattern and a shape that I've sketched out. Once the pattern is fine tuned, all the fabric pieces are cut out and machined on the wee bernina sewing machine in house.
