SIZE EXCHANGES / RETURNS

If your cap doesn't fit right or you want to return it, not a problem. Legally with buying online you have two weeks to return an item if you want an exchange or refund... HOWEVER at The Capalog it's extended to ONE MONTH. Cos that's not quite enough time and with corona and current delays especially, a little extra time helps.

Technically all the caps ordered on the website are made to order items but we want happy customers here and with head measuring and clothes it is often tough to know without trying it on.

So for returns & exchanges, please drop an email to hello@thecapalog.com, specifying the size you want to exchange with, to make an exchange/return. Then send your cap back to:

I can also totally advise and discuss what size to go for if it helps, but ultimately I can only guide you, as it's up to you!

SALE ITEMS:

All sale caps are eligible for size exchanges within the sample sale only. So if it doesn't fit right then you are welcome to return it & get a full refund, but it won't be eligible for a brand new cap in a better size, heads up!

MARKET CAPS:

If you have bought a cap from me at one of the markets at full price, then these are also eligible for a free size exchange, just drop me an email to discuss what size you would like to swap it for & so I can look out for it in the post.
